Forest & Home was created by two local people who noticed a gap — and decided to fill it. Between us we bring years of experience in the NHS and social care, working in environments where reliability, discretion and genuine human connection are not optional extras but the foundation of everything. We understand what it means to trust someone with the details of your life, and we do not take that lightly.
The two-person promise
There are just two of us — and that is entirely deliberate.
Most agencies and support services work by sending whoever is available. We work differently. From your very first conversation with us, you deal with the same two people — and that never changes. We learn how you like things done, we remember the details that matter, and we show up when we say we will. No strangers at your door, no explaining yourself to someone new, no wondering who will turn up this week.

Why we started Forest & Home
We started Forest & Home because we kept seeing the same thing — people who needed a little help but did not fit neatly into what was already available. Not a care package, not a cleaning service, not a virtual assistant. Something more personal than any of those, and more practical too. Someone who could handle the grocery run and the insurance renewal and the call to the energy company, all in the same week, without needing to be asked twice.
Forest & Home exists to be exactly that — a trusted local service that quietly takes things off your plate so you can focus on the life you actually want to be living.
